About the campaign
We worked with creative agency Koala to produce a corporate film for Metador, a specialist manufacturer of secure steel doors.
The film follows the complete customer journey, from the first enquiry through design, engineering and manufacturing to the finished product. It gives prospective customers a clear view of the people, expertise and processes behind every order.
The challenge
Metador needed to communicate more than the quality of its products. The film also had to show the knowledge, support and attention to detail that shape the customer experience.
Our challenge was to turn a detailed manufacturing process into a clear, engaging story while making the people behind the business feel central to the film.
Our approach
We filmed across Metador’s North East facilities, covering office, design, engineering and manufacturing environments. Natural team interactions and wider views of the factory established the scale of the operation, while detailed close-ups revealed the precision involved in producing secure steel doors.
Interviews and team footage gave the story a human focus. Controlled lighting and considered camera movement created a polished visual style without losing the authenticity of the people or working environment.

The outcome
